I bought this shirt ...but its too big. the tag says 100% cotton and that its preshrunk. Is there anyway for me to shrink it, or since it's preshrunk does that mean that it can't shrink anymore?

Some will shrink, some won't.

It won't hurt to try, though. Be sure to wash it in hot water!

cotton....or any other natural fiber item will continue to shrink every time you put it in the dryer.....it will also weaken the fibers. A little every time...
