There isn't anything about what I want to do in the policy thing and I just want to like E-Mail them... but there isn't any "contact us" thing... no E-Mail address or anything... If not... can anyone answer... If I order some RAM (£140) and it doesn't work for WHATEVER reason... can I send it back? Cause it says I can only send it back if its faulty or if I havn't opened it...

I think they do have a phone number because i have phoned them about a cd.
Have a look on the web site somewhere is a contact number and they are nice people to talk to.
They have a good policy on sending an item back.

If the RAM doesn't fit in your computer because you bought the wrong stuff, you shouldn't be able to get a refund (though they may still let you). If its fautly, then they will replace it. And if you realise you bought the wrong stuff without opening the package, you can return it.
Was there any other reason you wanted to know about?

if you click on help desk at the top right you will be taken to another page where you can click returns policy then click i would like to return an item fill out the form and the sort the rest out.

There should be a contact button on their website.. Or an 800 number you can call.. If not write em a letter go old fashion on em..
