As I see it:
There is a world of people just trying to have a life. But lives are disrupted by people who are only looking out for themselves...theives, gangsters, politicians...
Some people care but feel helpless to encite change. Or are afraid to upset the delicate balance of living that they have managed to create. I see too many people focusing on the superficial. More focus is placed on how things look that what they are. You put up a beautiful facade to hide a crumbling building and then say 'How pretty'.
I see a world where most of people are fooling themselves. It's a sad picture.
Then I look at my kids and see the world through their eyes. Through their eyes there is always the hope of a new day. We should take that new day and make it a reality.

Fall bringing out the best colors in oak trees, happy children still living inside childhood, facilitating between the world of the impoverished longing for even a morsel and copious wealth not mindful of throwing away that container morsels. A husband who is my best friend and a God who directs my every path. I see hope and a tomorrow, that is what the world looks like through my eyes.
