Also, how many yrs did it take for the car to depriciate to a value of $20,000? What will the value of the car be in 2008?

A) Make two ordered pairs (2,1) and (-2,5). Find the slope between them: (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). Use the slope and one point to find the equation of the line (y-y1)=m(x-x1). Then substitute -10 for y and find x.

B) and C) are the same problem with different numbers.
