Good for you!!! Don't know if you have kids at home now or not but if you don't, or you can handle it , please do the following;
just a BS in Business Administration will not give you a great job or a great paying job; maybe managing a department within a business, likev clothing in Kmart.
You need to add a degree in the area you are looking to administer, so you understand the business. If you want to work in a bank, add a Finance degree. If you want to get a good job at Macy's, get a Marketing degree also. Adding a Psychology degree works well also for a variety of businesses. Adding an Accounting degree will get you a very good job anywhere. If you want to administer a mechanic shop, add mechanics to your degree. Ask your advisor, but keep in mind you might just be a number to them......or they might really care
I know of way too many people with just a business admn. degree that work at McDonalds, or start out as a bank teller, and they have a huge loan to pay off....
Bless you in this adventure....I know of people 55 that go back to school. Education is an INVESTMENT that nobody can take away from you.

I asked that same question at age 32 and decided that I was to old because I thought I would be 36 before I finished.
I am now 41 and I wasted all that time between 32 and 41 with not getting the jobs I wanted just because I didn't have a degree.
I did not get anything out of those years that I really miss.
GO FOR IT !!! Don't waste anymore time.
I am going back for my degree and even though I will be 45 it will be great because I am finding people want people with NEW degrees but also that have AGE and Life Experience.
DO IT !!! Best thing you will EVER do !!

32 is not old at all, and neither is 34. You should definately be able to find a job. And don't worry about being the oldest one. I have had women older than you in some of my classes, and it was nothing noticeable. If it helps, my dad and I are currently both attending college, and I'm a year ahead of him. Just think how old he must feel! Don't quit and resign yourself to wondering what could have happened if you went back school. Good luck!

Are you dead yet? If not then you aren't too old. Go for it. I recently graduated with a Doctorate in Theology at the age of 58. Hopefully by the time I get 60 or 61 I will also have a Doctor of Divinity degree. I have heard of people in their 70's & 80's going back to school to finish their degrees. Go for the Gold! Education at any age can't hurt.

No you are not too old at all. I switched careers at 35 and it was the best thing I ever did. At your age you are more sure of what you want out of your career. Companies like to hire mature experienced people and it is good to keep your education going throughout your life. It keeps your mind active and stimulated which leads to a healthy happy attitude.

You are not old at all and I think it is wonderful that you want to advance yourself by doing something you enjoy.
My English teacher in h.s. went to college when he was 45. Got a B.A. in English and Education. He started teaching in his late 40's and is happy as can be. He just regrets he waited so long to do what he loved!
Go for it and good luck!

The retirement communities in my section are for those fifty 5 and over. notwithstanding, i imagine it relies upon on no matter if that's in hardship-free words people over a particular age residing interior a similar community or an section that has countless ranges of care besides so as you develop right into a lot less waiting to look after your self you may want to flow into assisted residing and then nursing facility. I extremely have a chum who's in her early 50s who develop into allowed right into a retirement community for the deaf despite the undeniable fact that she would not meet the age requirement because she has assorted handicaps which includes the elect for a walker to get round so might want to take advantage of the handicapped lodging latest in housing meant for the elderly. extremely, i do not imagine you unavoidably ought to flow right into a retirement community to have get authentic of entry to to tennis and bingo and activities. you in hardship-free words ought to discover the money for to flow right into a planned community that has tennis courts and a pool and a golf route and a community room once you could convey jointly for video games or crafts or regardless of that's that they do. Come to imagine of it, there are probable apartment residences someplace that comprise all that so that you do not might want to be retired see you later as you've the money to pay the lease .

I dropped out of school in the fifth grade to learn to play blues guitar with legend blues guitarist, Jelly Jam Jar Johnson. I did just fine without school. No student loans to pay, no hassles, no nothing.
