Yes! this is a very common thing for women. childbirth, weak pelvic floor, being overweight, dropped uterus can all cause this. Some women have it so bad the bladder actually bulges out of the vaginal opening.
There are two things I know of to help this problem, you could do kegals (a pelvic floor exercise) and surgery. If the symptoms are not extrema such as the bulge I talked about kegals could greatly benefit anyone, once it has began to drop a lot or bulge surgery is the best option. Yes it can, especially after childbirth. It is important that you see your Gynecologist to make sure. Usually you feel a heavy sensation and may have to urinate allot. Sometimes the uterus is the one that could be pushing on the bladder to make it heavy. Do not take the wait and see approach, see your Dr. right away. Hope this helps.

yes it can. it can feel like pressure, can leak. it can be fix with surgery
