I'm no great authority on cheeses, but if the moon WERE to be made of cheese, it would have to be some sort of hard cheese. Either cheddar or something harder. I mean we have to think of future Neil Armstrong's, so preferably, something that won't melt too easily when the next lunar module eases down, rockets firing.
Most of all, we can't have a moon made of cottage cheese or cream cheese. That simply wouldn't do.

colby or swiss, .... no then I would go mad trying to get to it and staring at it all night. Then when I finally got to it if it was made out of swiss It would take several additional ships to carry the rye bread, saurkraut. and corn beef. then I'd have to figure out how to toast the bread ... etc. etc. So Colby
and those of you concerned I won't eat the whole thing I'll make sure to land when it's a full moon and plan my take-off for 28 days later at 3/4 moon.
