Christmas. I love Christmas. It is such a fun time of year, I just love all the joy and happiness and the whole message of Christmas. I love that we are celebrating the brith of the savior. I love everything about Christmas. I decorate my house and I had to stop buying stuff to decorate with, because then my house would be insane. I put up my tree the day after Thanksgiving and take it down on New Years day.

I would say Halloween. There's so much magic and mystery surrounding it, and so much hidden history and folklore and different customs to explore too. Plus, in the Eastern US (I live in Arizona now :( --hardly any deciduous trees :( ) you have the changing colors of the leaves, and the entrance of cooler, windy weather that can be very exciting and comforting.

Thanksgiving with all the trimmings and I agree with Realistic Human.A lot less commercialism.Actually here in Canada there's very little of that. It's a time to be grateful.
