The ones already built that you can see on tv (the brick building) are called Park Loft. They will lose most of their view next season as Diamond View Terrace gets finished. The park-view places are sold out. A rental would probably run in the neighborhood of $3000-$3500 per month, if not more depending on how high up you are.
Someone else posted rentals available in "East Village", and while they are in close proximity to Petco, you have no ballpark view at all.
