How the heck do you beat Evrae without Yuna in your party?
I can't get Tidus' HP high enough, he just dies lol

Well the best thing to do would be to level up first (strength, magic etc) and make sure you have plenty of AL-bhed potions (because they work on all three party members) and have Auron to use armor break and mental break. Or you can just check this site http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/final_fantasy_x_enemy_boss_encyclopaedia.txt use CTRL + F to search for Evrae it should be able to help you out well in any case I hope this helps and good luck.

Is ths the Evrae when you fight him/her/it underwater, with just Tidus, Wakka, and Rikku?
If so, just chuck two phoenix downs at it. goes down straight away, if it's the one where you fight him in the air, just use Yuna XD

to beat it what you do is the cast hastega on everyone and cast slow try to have as much hps as possible as get tidus or rikku to fire the airship weapons when he is nearly beaten he casts haste on himself so what as he can be a pain but keep at it and hes toast in the underwater fight cast 2 phenoix downs on him and hes wasted

i was in your position a while ago..the best advice i can give you is....use the salvos as much as you can. ensure your characters have high hp around 2000+, attack and cure as often as you can pull away as soon as the monster rears up for its major attack
