CHALLENGE QUESTIONS:

A friend of mind didn’t get the job of his dreams due to the answers to the following questions.
1) How are your computer skills?
2) How would you describe Exceptional Customer Service?
3) How would you describe team work?
4) How do you resolve conflict with a co-worker?
5) What do you want out of your next job, what are you looking for?

How would you answer these questions to land the job and stand out from the rest? Now be careful, if you say too much or too little you won’t get the job and if you say something that everyone else says, same thing, you won’t stand out or be remembered.

So put your thinking caps on, your at the interview, there are at least several people there interviewing you, what would you say and how would you handle yourself?

This is worth a lot of points, so go.

To tell the the truth, employers know right away if they want you from looking at you resume and from looking at you. The interview process is just something to give them that extra nudge to hire you. And another secret is...it doesn't , matter what you said on your answers, in some cases, it's how you said it. If you started to mumble your words or spoke low tone, or just plain talked ghetto, then of course they wont hire you. It's not really what you say, it's how you say it. Trust me, I work in HR.
