motivation...?

Question

im in my final year of school before university so i know its an important year for me but i somehow can't make myself do anything. no work, nothing. when im in class im really interested and i can think of all this interesting research and stuff i will do, but as soon as i get home i just cant do anything. how can i motivate myself?! what's wrong with me?! i get worried that i've done nothing so then i cant sleep...so then im too tired to do anything the next day! this is insane right?

a couple years ago..i found myself feeling the same way as a senior in high school. what helped me was getting into a study group..a couple friends who shared some of my classes. we got together maybe once a week, ..just to study and do homework together. for me, it was helpful to have a couple friends to help hold me accountable for my schoolwork.
aside from all that...just try to remember that you're nearly finished with this high school portion of your education. see it as a race. you have ran well thus far and are near the end. how do you want to finish this race? don't let up....finish strong.

Seems like your stress out. Try and think of when you got to University you meet new people, and a study new subject. Take a break now and again. Your only human and your body aswell as your mind need to rest sometimes. Relax abit. To motivate yourself thing of the things you have achieved.

this is called "senioritise" relax, we all got it. you just need to buckle down and focus. your will feel much better if you stop putting it off and just get to work. start small and soon you'll just be on a roll. you should do you work as soon as you can, so that you can relax too during your final year. Good luck, but most importantly, learn somthing!

think about college and how badly you want to go. All you have is one more year of high school. Just say to yourself, "next year on this day, I will be in college".
