Call your local YM or YWCM. Your local college would also be a good place. If you are in a metropolitan city there may be a studio. Salsa studios may also know.

The best place for working out while doing different dances are the gyms.

Many ballroom studios offer hip hop as far I know. Go to www.ballroomdancers.com, find a studio near you, call them and ask if they offer hip hop classes. Other than that - yellow pages -> dance studios -> call and ask.
