Well, if the song is in a file that you can download, just do it as the others have described. If it's playing in the background, it may be imbedded in the web page. There are a lot of freeware web rippers out there that can rip the page for you, which might include the files.
The simplest fix is this: If you can hear the song on your computer, download the free program called Audacity. Then, as the song plays, record it with Audacity. Then you've got your own recording on your own computer.

Depends on if the song is embedded into the webpage or not, if it isn't you can try right clicking on the link, if it is embedded then you have to find something like page info(mozilla firefox) and go click on media, you might be able to choose the song and download it

You ususally can't copy directly from a site as it will be copyright protected in some way. If your trying to get it off a site then it will be illegal but if you dont find that a problem then use something like limewire or ares :)

if you have a sound card on your computer(non-integrated) you should have some sort of program that came with it that you can directly record the sound being processed, this is without any mics speakers or anything, it just recording what you hear, mater of fact, this input mode is often called "what you hear"
