Sounds like break through bleeding..nothing to really worry over. However I must advise that you stay consistent when you take the pill..time of day even matters. If you take it at 8am on one day then continue to take it at that time(or close to that time) every day. Especially since you most likely are experiencing BTB.
Consistency is the key. If remembering to take your pill is a problem then perhaps you might consider the patch, the shot, or the ring. Good luck

I think you might have what is called break-through bleeding. I am not an expert but i believe it is because you distrupted the amount of hormones that you were taking for birth control (by accident) and thus the level of hormones in your body/bloodstream was not high enough to allow your uterine lining to remain intact.

I had break through bleeding with several types of birth control pills and it was because the amount of hormone in the pill was not high enough to keep my lining in place. In general, i think missing a pill would make it worse. I think you might consider trying another pill. Talk to your doctor or gynaecologist.

Sorry if this answer is not correct.

Sounds like break through bleeding, and could be a fluke, because you aren't taking your pill correctly, or just because it isn't the right pill for you. If you continue to have problems with break though bleeding talk to your doctor about switching pills.
