Theirs this small pimple size bump under my ear on the side of my face like chin area its under my skin what is it?

Is it right next to the jaw? It may be a temporary inflammation of the lymph nodes in that region. If you tend to have sinus problems and /or allergies, this is most likely what it is, particularly if it is tender to the touch.
If it isn't tender, and is very rigid under the skin, best to see your physician.

It could possibly be a carotid artery aneurysm. If you are in any doubt consult your doctor
