The "P!" on Haruko's Vespa: what does it stand for???

In case you're wondering, it's on the front of her Vespa bike thingy (I think). It's a white "P!" in a black circle. Does it mean anything?

"P!" is a logo used by the j-rock band, "The Pillows," who wrote and performed most of the background music for FLCL.

Probably Police because Haruko is supposed to be a intergallactib enforcer I think.
