need to know what a usage charge is?

742dollars and 300 come frome a usage charge what does that mean?

well the thing is i havent gone over my minutes

Well, cell plans usually come with X amount of minutes allowed. Usage is when you actually use the phone and use up those minutes, or god forbid, go over.

Look at your bill. How many minutes are you allowed on your plan. Then look at how many you actually used. The difference will be the usage.

You also may have been charged for internet time. That really makes a bill go up but I've never got that much. You should call your carrier and complain!
