Who is the most powerful power between the Shadows, Vorlons, The Empire and The United federation of planets?

I loved B5, Startrek, and Starwars. Please give honest answers and don't just pick the one that belongs to your favorite show.

Obviously the Vorlons. The Vorlons would kick Darth Vaders butt. However if the Federation meets the Vorlons and James T. Kirk is among the Federation leaders I would say the Federation.

Kirk>Vorlons>Shadows>Empire>Federation

I'd say the Empire. Look at the ships, tons of droids that can fight etc. Plus they have technology for the death star - take out a whole planet.
