where can i find jeans for a petite 5 feet 1 person who weighs 106 pounds.. every thing is made for 5 feet and over, any suggestions??

Uhmmm,... By the way, Chadwicks of Boston, the online store and Mail-order-catalogue is primarily for Petite women. Also Land's End, Online also has a lot of women's fashions for Petite Women.
There are several Online stores, but you have to type Womens Mail Order to get the desired results in your Web Browser.
If you shop the High End Retailers for girls fashions, you can still find some really nice things, and make up the difference shopping else where.
Why waste your time going to Ebay. Only plebes with no appeciation of what is really out there, Only do their shopping at Ebay.
