People shouldn't be spending that much time at a bar. Bars shouldn't be in the business of babysitting.

It's called endangerment. Mom and dad go out to a bar to drink and socialize...get drunk, then try to pick up their baby and walk back thru the bar and trip over barstools or other drunks. That's just insane.

Because if you feel that strongly about drinking around your kids, you should do it at home so you dont jump in the car after your drinking and kill them!

I do not think that is a good idea. Then the parents are supposed to drive their kids home drunk as hell? NOT A GOOD IDEA!
