But I really only buy make-up on-line that I have already used and like. If I want to try new colors or new lines then I usually go to the actual store.

Purchasing makeup on a website? That doesn't really make any sense, I like trying it on and such, or if I go to the drugstore I pick out some Physician's Formula stuff or so on. sephora.com and mac.com, but if you go the stores it's way better and more convenient, you get help and consulting and customer service and no shipping and so on.
