It could be a problem with your glands. I would get a doctor to check it out.

Most aren't cancer, but on the really unusual chance that it is, you want to act quickly. Whatever it is, you will want to find out, so see a doctor.

Could be a cyst, pimple, fatty tumor, swollen lymph nodes, ingrown hair, infected hair follicle. Very slim chance it is cancer.

Could be or could be benign.. u need to see a skin doctor .. ASAP.
