It's a free audio effects program that allows you do to all kinds of things to wave files. Including fade, phaser, etc.

And use this to change between file formats.
Both programs are free.

You need an audio editing program for that. They can get kinda pricy, but you can get away with some cheap ones for simple stuff like what you're describing. Go to best buy and look for a program that edits audio files, usually best buy sells cheap editing software...
If you have time to learn something that the pros use, Adobe offers a 30 day trial version of Audition on their website. Amazing program...but you need to know a bit about that kind of software before you even think about trying it out. Also, you need a pretty decent machine to run it at a decent rate.

Use an audio editing software to make your last track fade.
Most PCs have Windows Movie Maker - use the fade feature on that.

Depends on the program you use. If you go to file, settings, there should be an option to fade the track. Or you can use any equilizing software.
