Why would simple squamous epithelial tissue be an ideal type of tissue for the lining of a capillary?

I need this for my anatomy. PLEASE HELP

Simple in that it is one layered so diffusion of material in and out of capillary is easy. Squanous because it is the thinest out of squamous, cuboidal and columnor. It would also make it faster and easier to diffuse through squamous cells.
