It's very individual- I was back in the gym in 2 weeks-

An elliptical cross trainer is low impact- which will reduce the jarring on your breasts- be sure you wear your support (bindings if they gave them to you) so your surgery site does not tear or split.

Sit ups? Make sure you cross your arms over your chest to support your breasts.

Many will tell you no upper body exercise for at least a month- but use your own judgment, just protect and support your breasts, even reduced, the jarring from up and down motion, and from over head pull downs can hurt and tear your skin sutures.

I wouldn't exercise your upper torso, for at least 4 weeks. It can tear all of the muscle, under the breast tissue. You may feel like
you want to get back to your exercise, but baby yourself, just a little longer. You know your body better than anyone. Just slowly
give it a try, when you're ready, but be CAREFUL! Good Luck with your healing....

Best to check with your doctor or the his secretary. Exercise too early and you can damage to wound edges from knitting properly.

If it hurts this is a brilliant sign which you mustn't be doing it. gently try a number of the workouts you desire to do and take it from there. i does not advise any leaping or jarring workouts.
