Several options: I seem to remember a product you could just spray on the leather to help it stretch to just the right size. You had to spray the area that was too tight, then put the shoe/boot on - the product would help to easy the leather gently allowing it to stretch around your foot/calf. Try asking in your local shoe shop. They always seemed to offer this product to entice you to buy their shoes when you complained they were a little tight (I used to work weekends in a shoe shop!!)

Alternatively, if you know someone with the same or smaller size feet, but larger calves, you could always ask them to wear the boots for a bit! I used to ask my mum to stretch my too-narrow shoes for me in this way.

Finally, there's always the cobblers.

Happy stretching

We have a leather artist in town that builds custom boots, etc. He said put plain shaving cream into the boots, wear them (sounds gross) until they dry. They will become your custom boots that will fit your feet perfectly. Sceptics can probably look this up on google or some similar site. Good luck.

Sometimes a shoe repair store can stretch shoes and boots for you. Also try a leather softener, like saddle soap.

Take it to a Professional Leather Cleaner or Shoe Repair store,...

If you try to do it yourself, you could rip-out the seams and or discolour the leather using a home method.

Boots usually cost more than regular shoes, right?

Good luck!!

get a couple of newspapers and wrinkle them into a ball and wet them with alcohol ( remember it needs plenty of paper and it has to big a big ball) then insert to inside of the boots and leave overnight or for a day if possible even more if you'd like
