Not unless the person who consumed the alcohol is normally humorous or funny. It denies inhibitions of individuals and if they are normally mean or aggressive, they could become more so, but if they are naturally easy going and have a sense of humor, then they will most likely be humorous

Hi. I think everyone has the ability to be funny built in. Some are self conscious and would rather keep quiet even if they had something REALLY funny to say. Alcohol reduces that self consciousness in some folks. So my answer is, it can.

I'm not sure if it increases there humerus ability's but when people are drunk they tend to speak there minds a little bit more, so when they have some sarcastic smart mouthed comment in there heads, instead of keeping it in there minds and laughing about it to them selves they will say it out loud.

If you are talking about walking/talking funny then yes. It doesn't increase my ability to be funny but it sure loosen me up after a chuckling down couple pints.

So, you need alcohol to be smart and inventive enough so to be humorous?

Poor creature, it`s out of gas.

P.S. Not that I don`t drink from time to time, but I can perceive the humor in things without it as well.

About all it will do is increase your ability to look riduiculous. You may assume you are being humerous, but those more sober than you will seriously dispute that.
