Anyone can set up a myspace page. If you are under 14 it will be a private page until you add friends. Older people who are not your friends will not be able to see your page. It just protects you from some of the creeps out there.

According to myspace rules you must be at least 14, though many put in a false year they have rescently started trying to delete those accounts. It happened to my friends son he was 13 with one they sent him a message asking some additional questions when it didn't match up they deleted his account. So per myspace you must be 14.

facebook and Myspace have no longer something to do with saftey. as long as you're smart and don't supply out own information to people on the two one then they're the two basically as secure. p.s. I say MYSPACE.

Yes
15 or older
you can't forge your date because your real birthdate is on your email in which you would need to access myspace

YES YOU DO!? It does seem that everyone is lying about their age, so if you are a teenager or older you can sign up.
