I'll give any song a try as long as it's not country. (The exception is Johnny Cash; he's the only country singer I like.) My favorite band is Pink Floyd, but I don't have a favorite song because there are too many good ones to choose, and my favorite would change anyway depending on my mood.
But my favorite genres are rock, Goth, Classical, oldies, techno, industrial, electronic, dance, world...stuff like that.
Except for a few popular rock bands like Pink Floyd and Rammstein, most of my favorite bands are pretty obscure like Serious Black, KMFDM, and The Cruxshadows.

I like all types of music depending on what mood Im in. I consider my favorite band to be whoever I can listen to the longest without changing artists, which incase would be Weezer. My favorite song by them is "My Best Friend", off of their new album. Also "Simple Man", by Lynard Skynrd, is a classical, I cant get sick of it.
