everyone does to an extent , the more you use your hands the more the veins will stick out ..and aging is a normal to have veins show . the skin gets thinner and the veins are more noticeable..

Sarah Jessica Parker does and it doesn't seem to have hindered her. Please don't focus on the appearance of your hands ....look at your great points! I'm sure you have plenty :-)

Yes I do - I have fair skin and they show through..
I used tanning lotion on my body and it worked!

My sister-in-law does...all over her arms in fact, but she is very, very skinny, muscular and runs marathons.
