People say it works. But, I've been seeing commercials on TV saying that if you eat or drink 3 dairy products a day you will loose weight too!

well it can help you lose water weight. if you arent drinking enough water then your body retains water. When your body starts getting rehydrated, you stop retaining water.

im not really sure about the water thing
but...if you tryin 2 lose weight...i kno a guy who all he did was stop drinkin coke...and he lost 10 pounds!!!
