my older brother had bought a lexmark printer awhile back and it came with a basic arcsoft program that was killer,I was able to scan my sketches and do amazing things with the program,it was like paintbrush with an amazing twist,does anyone know of a place online that would be availiable or would I have to buy the adobe/photoshop/arcsoft hardware and which one is best for a novice(one that has a paintbrush-like quality??????)

go to their websites- manytimes you can download 2 week trials for free and it will give you the chance to play around and find the one for you....
