what do i do whith the big fish in legend of zelda: ocarina of time?

i showed the fish guy the note but i dont know what to do with the big fish! please help me?!??!

u r misunderstanding the whole thing! in the zora fountain...what do i do with the big fish thing?!?!?

depends on which fish it is.

as a child, a big fish earns you a heart piece

as an adult, an even bigger fish earns you the gold scale, allowing you to dive deeper

with a special lure, you can get the loach, the biggest fish, but i dont' believe you can do anything with it

(Sigh) Like I said when I answered this same question you just asked after showing the note to and speaking with the Zora King you have to catch one of the fish swimming around at the shore of Zora's Domain or in a puddle at the bottom of most holes found around hyrule in an empty bottle. After that you have to drop the fish in front of Lord Jabu Jabu and he'll suck the fish up along with you and you'll then be inside of Jabu Jabu's belly which should be the third and final dungeon you'll have to complete as a child.

You need to rescuse princess Ruto from inside the fish. You should speak with the Zora king inside the Zora... town... place...

ok when your little u have to catch the big fish under the tree log it has to be around 10lbs i think then u take it to the guy and he will give u i think a heart (its been about 3 yrs sinc ei last played) when your an adult go back and catch the came fish it has to be bigger then 15lbs i think then take ti to the guy and he will give u a Gold Scale so u can dive down real deep...hope that helps
