I don't think anything is as effective as soap and water but I use hand sanitizer when I'm not able to wash my hands.

No, washing has always been condidered best. Things like germ x are nice when ppl are not in a position/place to be able to wash their hands. And people do not wash their hands enough as they are supposed to....so germ x is good for that also. But yeah, always wash your hands!! ;)

I don't think so. When I use that stuff I still want to go wash my hands. It's just icky spreading slimy gel all over your germy hands and saying "all clean". I'm just a traditionalist I guess. I gotta have me some soap and warm water.

I dont really know 100%for a fact but i would think it would be better and then again maybe im just saying that cuz im addicted to it LOL well n e ways i think germ x is way more better.

I only use it when there is no possible way to wash my hands and I need to. I don't like antibacterial products because in the long run, they don't work.

Instead of showering, I germ-x. I smell great.
