I am trying to find a sample letter for a 30 day eviction. I am having trouble locating one to look at for free on the internet. Does anyone know where I can look at one?

There is no such thing as a 30 day eviction letter.
It's called a 30 Day Notice to Quit.
This notice is not the actual legal action. It is a preliminary step to notify the tenant that you want them out or you intend to take them to court.
You shouldn't just send this out of the blue. First you should give the tenant a letter that explains why you want them out (e.g. pay your rent or you'll take further action, I plan to use the apartment for my sick mother, you have breached the lease and I am ending it, etc). If the tenant doesn't remedy the situation, then serve them with a notice to vacate.
I suggest you get a lawyer for the actual legal action. If you can't afford one then go to the court for an explanation of the process.
Don't try to evict the tenant by locking him/her out or cutting off utilities or anything like that as you will be liable for all sorts of damages.
Good luck

You may want to check your state laws.. I think an eviction letter can only go through the courts

You better double check the lease and your states' laws. Many states tell you how much notice you'll need to give for an eviction and 30 days may not be enough.

eviction letters are illegal so you won't find a public draft of one. people use them all the time as bluff -- you can assume if they can't pay rent they can't hire an attorney either.

I own apartments in Minneapolis. I get the forms I need from a kinko's on campus. If they don't have what you need they will direct you to where to go. I get all my contract there and everything. If you were in Minneapolis I could direct you.
