most road paints are oilbase.lighter fluid usually will soften it up and make removal easy

I scraped a new truck against some barricade poles. The guy who does all my body repairs knocked the yellow barricade paint off with some solvent. It looked better while the truck waited to have the dent out.

Lots of luck!! You may need a new paint job. In some counties, you can sue for damages, they usually settle out of court. Take pictures. Call your insurance company, they are usually very knowledgable about who is responsible.

you can try dabbing it with w-d40 its been known to help dont go over board it may remove the finnish
