No, nuns are not allowed to masturbate. When you say nun, I'll presume it's a real and good nun. Unless she's a nun by profession or occupation. This can be very sensitive and I shall not go deep into details

No they are not, it's against the christian religion. But statistics show that 68% of nuns and monks do masterbate. So there is no earthly way to stop or forbid them ...

they are technically NOT supposed to.. priests are not allowed to either. masturbation isnt 'clean', its the whole anti-self gratification celibacy thing. but i'm sure there are some that do, they are human, not perfect. they are considered 'married to the church' and therefore must refrain from engaging in ANY sexual activity.
