will it work effectively, or will it be slow?

You need to check the game specification to match it - my advise what the hell, install it and give it a go, unles you dont own the game then ask to rent or borrow a version.
Personally your laptop sound pretty good so it should cope.

it rather is unwell... in basic terms get the main which you would be able to locate the funds for... there are HP laptops that have twin cores and which has nvidia photos on it... so in basic terms an suggestion, spend as much as you would be able to desire to spend on your new laptop.. afterall, its an investment.. I observed Dell XPS laptops.. i think of those have the utmost photos taking part in cards in a working laptop or laptop... 8800's in SLI for a working laptop or laptop.. so as that very magnificent... yet whilst it rather is too plenty.. get the main you would be able to desire to locate the funds for...

Sounds okay to me.. if your processor speed is above 1.6~GHz you should be alright.

it will not run well at all, you will be able to play it, but I cant imagine that you would enjoy it much
