Residential means small kids. They are too easy to kill by accident.
Of course 15 over is more like on purpose.

i think it all depends if you have insurance and the appropiate drivers license. if you have everything in order the ticket will be around $250.00,,if you dont want this incident to go on your record you should probably take drivers classes wich are suggested to you by the court.

It should say on the back of your ticket. It usually gives the cost of all violations there.
