I have had it one week and it's driving me mad. I cant just wipe it over with antibacterial spray or a soapy cloth, it's looks smeared like a mirror would. Has anybody found something that works apart from cleaning it and having to polish it.

E-cloths are great buy the two cloth kit. Use the thicker green one with a little hot water to clean your surface use a washing up liquid solution but make it weak if the surface is really dirty and buff with the thinner blue one.( i use an antibacterial spray with the green cloth but the info with the cloths says you dont need to)
i have emerald pearl granite work tops and they are impossible to keep clean but these cloths are the best ive tries/. you can but them from kleeneze, lakeland and some independant cookshops in uk or where you buy granite worktops

hi well ive been selling granite for 5 years and the best way to clean ingrained dirt from granite is to roll a hand full of bread crumbs around on the surface. it gets all the dirt and marks off and then you can use a solution of vinegar in warm water to bring out the colour and shine... try it it works cheers howard

Hi!

You can't do it without having to polish, unfortunately!!

I wipe mine over with warm soapy water, then I 'buff' them up BEFORE they dry with a lintless cloth. This really doesn't take up too much extra time.

The worktops come up lovely and shiny!

I did try glass wipes before, but they don't really clean the surfaces and if there's any food residue, they just smear even more and you end up having to do twice as much work. NOT recommended!! Either the wipes OR the work!!

Hope this helps!

granite worktops are the best and easiest to clean and keep looking nice i use 2 micro fibre cloths one warm soapy one wipe over rinse wipe again then with the dry one wipe dry to get rid of smears and put that shine back

Get rubber gloves, a micro fibre cloth and a bowl of really hot water. Rinse the cloth in the hot water(rubber gloves on) and wring out till virtually dry. Wipe the surfaces over with the cloth(small areas at a time). Tip the water away. hang the cloth to dry(use this cloth for this propose only...and glass/stainless steel), take off the rubber gloves(unless you have something else in mind!) and put them away. Stand back and admire your 5 minutes work.

As mentioned, this works just as well on glass and stainless steel surfaces. It is SO important that you use clean water and the cloth is used solely for this job. Every now and then wash the cloth in the W/machine with NO conditioner (this will cause it to leave water marks).

.......your very welcome!
