Brian Ross of ABC News was holding on to the Rep. Foley story for a year. He OBVIOUSLY timed its release to hurt the Republican Party in this election season. Now it turns out that the Congressional page was of legal age afterall, not 16. What a bunch of hypocrites (their the ones that are homophobes)!

Mark Halperin -- Director of ABC News -- was on the Michael Medved radio show on Friday, October 6. He essentially answered my question with a resounding "yes." He said: 1. ABC received the info from a George Soros organization (acronym = C.R.E.W.)dedicated to destroying Republicans, 2. He admitted that Brian Ross did in fact hold on to the story for a year (obviously he had an excuse for this) 3. He admitted that the original page's age was reported incorrectly (he said that it was an "honest mistake"). 4. he admitted that there are no conservatives on the ABC News staff and that he will never knowingly hire a conservative. Transcripts or downloads of this interview are available at Michael Medved's website. Geez, I thought that taking advantage of young interns (oops I mean pages) was OK? This was the guys private life, it has nothing to do with his public service, right? I thought that I heard that somewhere before...

You're right on target, my friend! Everyone should head over to Drudge Online and get the details on this. Turns out the IMs themselves were nothing but an inappropriate prank. The liberal media outlets like ABC (Always Backing Clinton), CBS (Conservative Bashing System) and NBC (Never Backs Conservatives) sat on this so-called "story" with the clear intention of releasing it around election time.
And has anyone even bothered noticing that this story has absolutelty NO SEX in it? Nobody but nobody even had sex! This is nothing more than a well-prepared little political time-bomb concocted by the liberal media over what was, in fact, a stupid prank that went awry.
Bottom line, folks; the liberals will do ANYTHING to win at the polls. No treachery, no immorality will go un-used. Truth be known this entire little escapade can likely be traced back to the dirty little paws of George Soros and his ilk.

nice try. There is more than one page. many more in fact and they are younger than 18. If ABC was sitting on the story, it was becuase they couldnt confirm it until now. We all know only ONE network works for either party and that is FOX News working for the GOP! It is obvious to anyone with more than a short term memory to realize that the mainstream media is not liberal biased. Remember how easy they went on Clinton? No? Thats because they were not easy on him. They were as tough on him as anyone can expect. There is no liberal bias in the Mainstream Media. There is a Conservative Bias on Fox though.

ABC let the identity of the victim out. George Stephlapolus
does every thing but jump up & cheer when he reports on the Foley story.

The TEA Party is approximately taxes, colossal govt, and spending, it has not anything to do with Wall Street and the TEA Party does not cross after "Wall Street greed" such as you stated. Sean Hannity's remark was once directed at GOVERNMENT who gave bailouts to firms who have been irresponsible, it wasn't directed at Wall Street. Are you rather this harassed?

Politics are dirty..No doubt. I think he held on to it just for that reason. And so far it's working, and still doesn't matter if the person was overage, Foley was a authority figure and should have known better. I just wish they would have caught him that "To catch a predator" show on Dateline. That would have been awesome. But to answer your question most of the media supports the left, The right has Fox.

You mean the same ABC who aired the path to 9/11...? Yes, I have doubt. When nobody knows what I am talking about in regards to Ms magazines cover this monthy, but it is all over the news elsewhere in the world, then yes, I doubt that it is liberal. If it is, there is definitely a conservative finger on their button...

Doesn't matter how old the Page was- It is inappropriate for a congressman to have sex with a congressional page. As far as the news media being a wing of the democratic party- Well Duh...of course they are. You just now figuring that out?

When will you guys stop trying to pass the buck and just admit that he is a predator? Conservatives like yourself crapped a brick when the whole Clinton thing came out.

hmmm...remember the leak that came out in regards to warrant-less wiretaps that came out just before the vote on the patriot act? The democridiots are so predictable. They must get their ideas from television writers which have even less imagination.
