I was wondering if I will be able to bring him back to the United States right away or will he have to stay in Nigeria until He gets his VISA and if he has to stay in his country, how long will he have to stay there before he can join me in the US? I really don't want the latter to happen. I want to bring him back with me when we get married. If someone has an answer, please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

He will not be able to enter the USA without a Visa of some sort.
Which means he will have to stay in Nigeria until he has it in hand.
A fiance/spouse visa will likely get him here fastest, he can apply and get that then apply for permanent residency.

Good luck to you. I hope you have already started the process.

How did you meet this guy? Have you met this person before and have you been to Nigeria before? If the answer is no to all of this, I'd watch my back if I were you. Nigeria is a jacked up place with alot of opportunists. Otherwise you can just visit www.immigration.com and look for the chat forums page and post your questions.

Ask on the Nigerian and Canadian Embassies in Spain. Embassies and some consulates can manage marriages. for sure this skill that's a Canadian or Nigerian marriage, yet not in any respect a Spanish one. and it relies upon on the Canadian and Nigerian Civil regulations.

OMG this is exactly what happen to my husband when he went to his interview Dec 2014, we are still waiting for USCIS to finish reviewing our petition. But the same thing the consular didn't hardly look at any of the paperwork, all documents my husband brought just scanned through them, asked a few questions. I told my husband from all he said to me about the interview was, I BELIEVE THE CONSULAR HAD HIS MIND MADE UP BEFORE MY HUSBAND WALKED IN THE DOOR.
