does any lotions protect bedbug bites?

so far, mosquito's spray doen't work

Call your local health dept and ask what they suggest.
You need to get rid of the bed bugs, and they should be able to tell you how, or where else to call for the info.
Call a local pharmacy and they can tell you how to treat bites you already have.

Actually to get rid of them is to keep your mattress and sheets clean. Look up on google on how to prevent them and to get rid of them.

You probably need to bug bomb your house and buy a new mattress.
