Hi
I have dun this before
Right click on ur music button in itunes on the left hand panel and click on exports song list then save it into my documents on your pc.Then delete your songs off itunes, and if a pop up say do u want to delete them say no and click on keep files. Then drag all your friends songs into itunes and update it on her ipod. Then save her song list the sam way as before. If you want to do your ipod again then delete her songs off and then go into file and import and click on the music list you want.

Get a crossover cable and hook the computers together and then transfer the music that way instead of of messing with the Ipods. If they're desk tops just try to use another type of external hard drive (because really that's what an Ipod is) and put all the music you want on that and do it that way. LOL

i think there are 3 ways (i think). use a flash drive and literally save all your music onto it (or however much it can hold) and just plug it into her computer to be transferred. this may be slow, but once all your songs are on her system, she just needs to plug in her ipod and it will update the new library.

second, if you don't have a flash drive (you can buy flash drives relatively cheap nowadays) your nano can actually be used as a flash drive. you can partition the harddrive on the nano to be an mp3 player or a flash harddrive. go to apple.com to find instructions on how to do this. i've never done this, but that's a feature of the nano.

third, burn your music to a cd-r. it might take a couple of burned cd's, but then she can just pop them into her computer and move them into her itunes folder.

Yes. you can use windows media player to add songs to hers without deleting them or add your songs to windows media player and put them on hers. If you are going to want to put music on your iPod when their in window media player you will need to burn them on a disk. Then if you use iTunes upload the cd. The blank cd you use should be a CD-R.
