That's a hard one to answer. I wouldn't want to be a Taliban soldier. I don't know if I could be Amish though, I live by a lot of them and they always smell like sweat also their beliefs about having to work hard to get to heaven and everything modern being the work of the Devil would make me crazy. I think I would rather just not be born.

Amish are nothing like the Taliban. The Taliban believes in viloence.
The Anabaptists (which the Amish are part of) believe in nonresistance and turning the other check.
I am already a part of the Anabaptist community.
God bless

There is NO comparrison. The Amish live like they did at the turn of the century and believe in the simple christian life. The Taliban kill you if you do not comply. The Amish simply banish you. I'd rather be banished than stoned to death.

I dont think you meant "Amish". What you might've meant is "fundamentaist mormons". Those are pretty much the American version of the Taliban. They treat their women about the same and have alot of similar values and lifestyles.
In answer to your question I would rather be Amish because I'm extremely opposed to violence.

Well, the Amish are very peaceful and pious Christians and they don't believe in war or violence. The Taliban is a extremist group. They are a minority in the Muslim world. They give Muslims a bad name and image.

I would rather be Amish. And, yes, it is a stupid question. It would lead one to assume the asking party is stupid. After all, it is the only information one has about you.
