I was wonder what is a good exersizes that won't mess up my back b/c it is soo sensative but i need to do exersizing to lose weight. help plez! 10 points for the best answer

Try aerobics, you don't seem to get too sweaty and It's fun. Pulse, if you want all you have to do is swim. And, walking and running, with correct posture, doesn't hurt your back and can also help your back to get stronger with time.

Regardless of whether you're on a budget or not,...

Using a stair climber in a GYM or acutally climbing real stairs (like in a building's fire escape stairwell) is a very good way to get exercise, you will get a good burn, and you develop your legs and work your lower back too.

As long as you don't try running up and down. Use a steady pace and you will get a good cardio workout.

Using a building's Stairwell, is good coz you have a little privacy, especially when you're not in your prime. When I was really chubby, I didn't appreciate how people would jeer and mock me. but a friend recommended I did my cardio by climbing real stairs in a tall building. They worked, and I had less stress zero heckling.

Swimming. It's zero impact and the water gives your body uniform support so you only move as your muscles are intended.
