I recommend: Circuit City, Amazon.com, Best.Buy in this order.
Best.Buy has some pretty good deals but their prices are generally higher than Circuit City or Amazon.
Also, believe it or not but Target has a reasonably good collection of electronics.
For mp3 players it depends. If you are looking for a particular brand I recommend buying directly from their online store. Especially now with the Holidays approaching there will be discounts after discounts.
