Go to www.met.police.uk/local/ for a list of all boroughs and contact details for each station in each borough.
Hope this helps.

You need to be more specific as there are many stations in London with not one single number for all of them. Furthermore, unless you are very lucky, it is highly unlikely that anyone will verify anything for you or tell you where a victim is. They may be able to pass on a message for you tho. Find out what part of London and which police station may have dealt with it.

First, you need to learn how to explain yourself, thoroughly. Thus, people can assist you. Second, you should, if you know how, be able to find that information on your own...duh. The Internet is a great source, hint-hint. Third, if it is so important that you verify this "story", you can start with your local Police Department and maybe they could connect you with the persons in which you need to speak with in London. Finally, "What in the Hell are you talking about?!" Oh, by the way, check your vernacular prior to sending information out to others, okay? Now, I guess you can see how being "rude" to others without a cause can be reciprocated, huh? Good luck!
