My forman had words he pulls a knife out on me and saying come on. i walk away and ride back to the shop. (roofing company) to tell the boss. he was not there. monday speack to the boss the boss call him in, he said he did pull the knife out on me. the boss tell me to leave. my forman came out threat me that he will finish it. tell the boss he tells me to cut the grass, to sign a paper that me an my forman was fight. an left it at that.

Um yeah they can if your in los angeles, that is a city and there is los angeles county but that guy should have been arrested. what a jerk off.

it depends on where the person is,
if he goes to the city yes if not then it is up to the county and if they are like they are here he is safe as can be.
